摘要
在航空发动机装配过程中,部分零部件将因装配应力产生显著变形,需要准确预测因装配引起的变形量,要求在三维建模时需同时考虑制造状态和装配状态下的零件变形。在分析现有三维建模软件特点的基础上,在NX软件框架内开发了参数驱动和多引用集表达两类变形件建模方法,可同时满足制造状态和装配状态的模型要求。在两种状态下的模型创建前,先根据变形特征,分析变形参数,选择参数驱动或者多引用集表达建模方法完成三维实体建模。
In the process of aero-engine assembly,some parts will have significant deformation due to assembly stress,and it is necessary to accurately predict the deformation caused by assembly,which requires that the deformation of parts in the manufacturing state and the assembly state should be considered in the three-dimensional modeling.In the framework of NX software,two kinds of modeling methods of deformation parts are developed,namely parameter driven and multi-reference set expression,which can meet the model requirements of manufacturing state and assembly state.Before the model is created in the two states,the deformation parameters are analyzed according to the deformation characteristics,and the parameter-driven or multi-reference set representation modeling method is selected to complete the 3D solid modeling.
