Research Progress and Analysis on Public Digital Cultural Service Supply in China

我国公共数字文化服务供给研究已经取得一定进展,本文运用文献调研法,同时采用归纳、比较、综合等分析方法,从公共数字文化服务供给的概念与特征、现实困境、国外经验与优化路径等方面对其进行综述。该领域研究总体经历了萌芽探索、快速发展和稳定推进三个阶段。相关议题的研究广泛而深入,研究受政策与实践驱动性强,研究观点从分歧迈向共识,研究重视国外经验引介。建议今后应用系统思维回应研究议题的复杂性,基于实证分析层面拓展研究方法与范式,吸纳多学科理论知识强化跨学科研究,并跟踪国内外理论实践前沿丰富研究议题。图1。参考文献48。

The research on public digital cultural service supply in China has made progress.Using the method of literature research,induction,comparison and synthesis,this paper makes a review of the concept,characteristics,practical dilemma,foreign experience and optimized path of public digital cultural service supply.The research field develops through the stage of early exploration,rapid growth and stable propulsion.The relevant issues generate wide and deep findings,and the research process is strongly driven by policies and practices.Meanwhile,the findings display the characteristics from divergence to consensus,and the research also attaches importance to introduction of foreign experience.It is suggested that further study should be carried out from four aspects:applying systematic thinking to dealing the complexity of research issues,expanding empirical research methods and paradigms,strengthening interdisciplinary study by absorbing interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge,and enriching research topics by tracking forefront issues from domestic and foreign theoretical study and practice.1 fig.48 refs.
