结构化控制剂对硅橡胶性能的影响

摘要 以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为主体材料,研究结构化控制剂羟基硅油、甲氧基硅油和二甲基二乙氧基硅油对硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:添加结构化控制剂可以抑制硅橡胶的结构化现象,减小硅橡胶的交联程度、硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度、回弹值和压缩永久变形,增大拉断伸长率;羟基硅油对硅橡胶结构化的抑制效果最佳,可以降低硅橡胶(捏合混炼胶)的储能模量,延长停放时间,其用量为6份时就能达到较好的效果。 The effects of structured control agents hydroxy silicone oil,methoxy silicone oil and dimethyl diethoxysilicone oil on the performance of silicone rubber were studied using methyl vinyl silicone rubber as the main material.The results showed that the addition of structured control agent could inhibit the structured phenomenon of silicone rubber,reduce the degree of cross-linking,hardness,modulus at a given elongation,tensile strength,rebound value and compression set of silicone rubber,and increase the elongation at break.Hydroxyl silicone oil had the best inhibitory effect on the structuring of silicone rubber,which could reduce the storage modulus of silicone rubber(pinching compound)and prolong the storage time,while a better effect could be achieved when hydroxyl silicone oil amount was 6 phr.
