城郊融合型国土空间详细设计编制思路与实践

Compilation Concept and Practice of Suburban Integration Territorial Space Detailed Design

针对“三区三线”成果启用后国土空间详细设计编制遇到的实际问题,重新审视国土空间详细设计与城镇开发边界、详细规划单元的关系,提出将详细设计单元作为特色国土空间分类塑造、详细设计分类指引、空间控制意图定向传导的基本空间单元的设想,并将国土空间详细设计单元划分为城镇特色型、城郊融合型、生态郊野型、乡村田园型等4种类型,重点探讨城郊融合型国土空间详细设计的编制思路,进而以浙江省绍兴市新昌县新民片区为例,从详细规划单元划定、上位规划意图落实、详细设计方法运用、详细设计成果传导等4个方面探讨城郊融合型国土空间详细设计的技术路线。

In view of the practical problems encountered in the preparation of territorial space detailed design compilation after the implementation of"three zones and three lines",the relationship between territorial space detailed design and urban development boundary and detailed planning unit is re-examined,and the concept that detailed design unit be the basic space unit for characteristic territorial space creation,detailed design guidance,and space control regulation transmission is put forward,and detailed design unit is divided into four types:characteristic town,suburban integration,ecological suburb,and countryside.With Xinmin district of Xinchang county,Shaoxing city,Zhejiang province as an example,it discussed in depth the detailed design compilation of suburban integration type space unit from four aspects:detailed planning unit delineation,upper planning consolidation,detailed design method application,and detailed design transmission.
