城市近郊型科创城创新空间组织模式与实践

Spatial Organization Model and Practice of Near-suburban Science and Technology Innovation City

在解析城市近郊型科创城概念内涵的基础上,总结城市近郊型科创城的创新空间组织模式,以湖北省荆门市荆楚科创城为例,结合基地生态价值,让科技创新与自然嵌合生长,延续山水基因,链接产业生长路径,制定与生态环境、创新产业发展脉络相匹配的空间策略,构建“创新源—公共创新资源骨架—创新单元”的创新空间布局模型,归纳创新单元的空间组织模式,探索城市近郊型科创城有机生长的空间逻辑。

On the basis of analyzing the concept and connotation of near-suburban science and technology innovation city,its spatial organization model is concluded.In the case of Jingchu science and technology innovation city,Jingmen city,Hubei province,the innovation space is integrated with nature,the industrial development is grounded on the ecological values,and the spatial growth strategy is matched with ecological environment and innovative industrial development.A spatial layout model of"innovation origin,public innovation resource structure,innovation unit"is established in exploration of the spatial logic in the organic growth of near-suburban science and technology innovation city.
