摘要
针对国内一小部分加油站油罐通过多帕技术(DOPA)内衬改造完成出现使用一段时间后罐中汽油胶质含量大幅上升的现象,依据《GB/T 8019-2008燃料胶质含量的测定(喷射蒸发法)》国家标准,分别对汽油加入到改造罐前后的胶质含量、改造后油罐不同深度的汽油胶质含量、重新加入半罐汽油后不同深度的汽油胶质含量、不同储存时间胶质含量、玻璃钢层不同浸泡时间后的汽油胶质含量的变化情况进行了试验测定和分析,确定加油站油罐DOPA内衬改造使用一段时间后,罐内表面的导电层发生破损,导致其中间夹层材料与汽油发生反应,造成汽油胶质含量严重超标。为此,建议油罐DOPA内衬改造厂家处理好导电层,确保其不破损或者更换夹层材料,以防该问题再次发生。
In response to the phenomenon of a significant increase of gum content in gasoline in some domestic gas station oil tanks after being used for a period of time through DOPA lining modification,according to the national standard“Standard test method for gum content in fuels by jet evaporation(GB/T 8019-2008)”,the gum content before and after gasoline is added into the modified tank,the gum content of gasoline at different depths of the modified tank after adding half a tank of gasoline,the changes in gasoline gum content at different depths,storage time,and glass fiber reinforced plastic immersion time were experimentally measured and analyzed.It was determined that after a period of use in the DOPA lining modification of the fuel tank at the gas station,the conductive layer on the inner surface of the tank was damaged,leading to a reaction between the intermediate interlayer material and gasoline,causing the gum content to seriously exceed the standard.Therefore,it is recommended that DOPA lining modification manufacturer should handle the conductive layer well to ensure it is not damaged or replace the interlayer material to prevent the problem from happening again.
