新能源转型发展对油品销售企业安全管理的挑战及对策

The Challenges of New Energy Transformation and Development to the Safety Management of Oil Sales Enterprises and Countermeasures

简要介绍了新能源安全管理方面的有关政策,指出了目前新能源安全管理中存在的相关法规标准不完善、安全管理人员专业能力需要进一步提升、设备维保缺乏系统性、部分设备尚未达到本安要求等问题,提出了相应对策:一是建立健全安全管理体系,规范安全管理方式;二是加强新能源业务队伍建设,提高业务健康可持续发展内在动力;三是作好设备设施预防性检维修和日常维保工作;四是强化应急能力建设;五是进一步完善关键数据检测功能。

The relevant policies in the management of new energy security are briefly introduced,the current problems in the management of new energy security are pointed out,such as incomplete regulations and standards,the need for further improvement of the professional ability of safety management personnel,the lack of systematic equipment maintenance,and some unsuitable equipment which cannot meet the intrinsic safety requirements.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed:the first is to establish a sound safety management system and standardize safety management methods;the second is to strengthen the construction of the new energy business team and improve the internal driving force for healthy and sustainable development of the business;the third is to carry out preventive maintenance and daily maintenance of equipment and facilities;the fourth is to strengthen the construction of emergency response capabilities;and the fifth is to further improve the key data detection function.
