临时支架稳定性分析与应用研究——以毛栗坡大桥为例

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,公路交通运输建设的规模日益扩大,桥梁作为公路交通的重要组成部分,其建设技术也不断完善,越来越多的新材料、新技术被应用到桥梁施工中。以毛栗坡大桥为例,采用钢管格构支架作为大桥的临时支架。临时支架作为桥梁结构中重要的受力构件,其结构形式、受力原理和结构稳定性直接关系到桥梁工程的整体质量。对毛栗坡大桥临时支架施工关键技术进行了研究,通过数值模拟的手段对临时支架的变形、反力、应力以及应力比进行了验算,验算结果均满足相关规范要求,可以为临时支架在工程中的应用提供参考。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of highway transportation construction is expanding day by day.As an important component of highway transportation,bridges are constantly improving their construction technology,and more and more new materials and technologies are being applied to bridge construction.Taking the Maolipo Bridge as the engineering background,steel pipe lattice support is used as the temporary support of the Maolipo Bridge.The temporary support is an important load-bearing component in the bridge structure,and its structural form,load-bearing principle,and structural stability directly affect the overall quality of the bridge project.Therefore,the key technologies for the construction of temporary supports for the Maolipo Bridge were studied,and the deformation,reaction force,stress,and stress ratio of the temporary supports were verified through numerical simulation.The verification results all meet the requirements of relevant specifications,which can provide reference for the application of temporary supports in engineering.
