摘要
高速铁路隧道二次衬砌裂缝通常因施工不当引起变形,如温度变化、拆模养护不当、不规范带模注浆等。为有效整治隧道二衬裂缝,以“安全可靠、技术可行、便于施工、综合整治、不产生新隐患”为基本原则,实现运营隧道“不掉块、不漏水、不落石”目标。通过研究分析某高速铁路隧道二衬裂缝成因,对高铁隧道裂缝缺陷整治仔细排查、分析,提出开通运营前有效整治隧道二衬裂缝思路及原则,采取有针对性的隧道二衬裂缝整治措施,在开通运营前解决后患,做到整治措施可行,方案经济、技术合理,为类似铁路整治提供借鉴。
Cracks in the secondary lining of high-speed railway tunnels are usually caused by deformation due to improper construction,such as temperature changes,improper formwork removal and maintenance,and non-standard injection molding.In order to effectively rectify the cracks in the second lining of a tunnel and achieve the basic principles of“safety,reliability,technical feasibility,convenience for construction,comprehensive rectification,and no new hidden dangers”,this article conducts a careful investigation and analysis of the causes of cracks in the second lining of a high-speed railway tunnel,and aims to achieve the goal of“no falling blocks,no water leakage,and no falling rocks”in the operation of the tunnel,Propose ideas and principles for effectively rectifying cracks in the second lining of the tunnel before opening and operation,develop targeted measures for rectifying cracks in the second lining of the tunnel,solve problems before opening and operation,and ensure that the rectification measures are feasible,economical,and technically reasonable,providing reference for similar railway rectification.
