预制混凝土反打保温外墙施工关键技术研究

摘要 随着“双碳”工作的推进和建筑装配式占比要求的提高,外墙保温一体化系统作为一种现代外墙技术,逐渐在各类建筑项目中得到了推广。其中,预制混凝土反打保温外墙以其安全、耐久的特性和预制的生产方式,备受施工单位青睐。为了更好地解决和避免预制混凝土反打保温外墙在施工中出现的问题,通过文献阅读、实践经验总结等方法,简要分析其施工准备、施工中的技术要点、常见质量问题及解决措施,更好地指导施工管理,最终促进施工质量的提高,降低能耗浪费。 With the advancement of the"dual carbon"work and the increasing demand for the proportion of prefabricated buildings,the integrated exterior wall insulation system,as a modern exterior wall technology,has gradually been promoted in various building projects.Among them,prefabricated concrete reverse insulation exterior walls are constantly being promoted due to their safety,durability characteristics,and prefabricated production methods.In order to better solve and avoid the problems that may arise during the construction of prefabricated concrete reverse insulation exterior walls,this article briefly analyzes the construction preparation,technical points during construction,common quality problems,and solutions through literature reading,practical experience summary,and other methods.It better guides construction management,ultimately promotes the improvement of construction quality,and reduces energy consumption and waste.
