文化类项目工程变更管理与投资控制研究

Research on Engineering Change Management and Investment Control for Cultural Projects

建设工程设计变更关系到整体效益,因此需强化管理。文化类项目工期节点要求严格,资金控制要求高,品质要求精益求精。建设单位、管理单位、项目实施单位要确定合理的工程目标,并在投资前全面收集工程相关的信息,深入分析其中风险因素,预先制定解决工程纠纷的应对措施,实现变更、投资的科学管理。基于此,通过分析文化类建设项目的工程变更特点,研究变更的类别、形式和技术要点,基于实际工程角度分析了变更管理对策,同时细致阐述了投资控制措施,以及强化控制策略,从而进行有效的设计变更管控,实现项目投资控制的目标,为类似文化类项目的建设提供借鉴。

During the construction project,design changes are related to the overall efficiency,so it is necessary to strengthen management.Cultural projects require strict schedule milestones,high funding control,and continuous improvement in quality.The construction unit,management unit,and project implementation unit should also determine reasonable engineering goals,comprehensively collect information related to the project before investment,deeply analyze the risk factors,and formulate response measures to resolve engineering disputes in advance,achieving scientific management of changes and investments.Based on this,by analyzing the characteristics of engineering changes in cultural construction projects,studying the types,forms,and technical points of changes,focusing on the perspective of actual engineering,this paper analyzes change management strategies,and elaborates on investment control measures and strengthening control strategies in detail.From this,effective design change control is carried out to achieve the goal of project investment control,providing reference for the construction of similar cultural projects.
