金属复合板轧制力计算模型及其软件开发

摘要 为了更准确地分析金属复合板的轧制力,基于奥罗万理论对轧制变形区进行了简化分析。根据受力分析建立了轧制力平衡微分方程,进而推导出了金属复合板轧制力计算模型。利用Abaqus有限元分析软件对铜/铝复合板轧制过程进行了模拟,并设计了相应的复合板轧制实验,将模拟和实验得到的计算数据与模型的计算结果进行了对比,得到轧制力的计算结果误差小于10%。因此,该计算模型具有较高的精度,可以满足工程实践要求。根据该轧制力计算模型开发了一款便于人机交互的计算软件,使得轧制力计算模型更具有实用性。该计算模型和软件便于工厂的在线应用,提高了金属复合板的生产效率,保证了复合板的生产质量。 To analyze the rolling force of metal composite plate more accurately,the rolling deformation zone was simplified based on the Orowan theory.According to the force analysis,the equilibrium differential equation of rolling force was established,and then the calculation model of rolling force of metal composite plate was deduced.The Abaqus finite element analysis software was used to simulate the rolling process of copper/aluminum composite plate and the corresponding composite plate rolling experiments were designed.The calculation data obtained from the simulation and experiment were compared with the calculation results of the model,and it is found that the error of the calculation results of the rolling force is less than 10%.Therefore,the calculation model has high accuracy and can meet the requirements of engineering practice.A calculation software that is convenient for human-computer interaction was developed based on this rolling force calculation model,which makes the rolling force calculation model more practical.The calculation model and software are convenient for online application in the plant,which improves the production efficiency of metal composite plate and ensures the production quality of composite plate.
