抽水蓄能电站运行管理实践及运维一体化

摘要 在常规电站设施发生设备故障时,抽水蓄能电站还可以被作为应急后备电站使用。我国内地在大型抽水蓄能电站的研究建设规划和建设使用经验上相对起步较晚,但利用其后发优势,目前我国已达到国际先进水平。为使抽水蓄能电站的功能能真正得到其最大利用,必须尽快做好相应工程的建设运行、管理保养和维修工作。本文就企业如何能在抽水蓄能电站工程的整体运营、管理咨询和管理运维服务一体化三方面上做了一些探讨。 Pumped storage power plants can be used as emergency backup power plants in case of equipment failure of conventional power plant facilities.The mainland of China started relatively late in the research,construction planning and construction experience of large-scale pumped storage power plants,but has reached the international advanced level by taking advantage of the advantages of latecomers.In order to make full use of pumped storage power station,the construction,operation,management and maintenance of corresponding projects must be carried out as soon as possible.This paper discusses how the enterprise can integrate the overall operation,management consulting and management operation and maintenance services of the pumped storage power station project.
