摘要
针对宇航用波导开关在反复切换撞击工况下的寿命指标要求,开展疲劳寿命设计与验证。在实际工况应力谱难以获得的情况下,基于数值计算方法,采用两种不同方法获取应力谱后开展疲劳寿命分析并进行了试验验证,验证结果表明:基于瞬态动力学的疲劳分析有较高的准确性,在此基础上,优化改进产品结构,使产品切换寿命满足指标要求。
Aiming at the life index requirements of aerospace waveguide switches under repeated switching and impact conditions,the fatigue life design and verification are carried out.In the case that the stress spectrum of actual working conditions is difficult to obtain,the fatigue life analysis is carried out and the experimental verification is carried out by using two different methods to obtain the stress spectrum based on the numerical calculation method.The physical verification results show that the fatigue life analysis results based on the transient dynamics have a high accuracy.On this basis,the product structure is optimized and improved to make the product switching life meet the index requirements.
