摘要
某油田天然气公司各站场分散在东部、中部、南部、北部地区,点多、线长、面广,配套变配电所也分布零散。随着计算机技术、监控技术网络技术的发展和电网自动化水平的不断提高,许多一次设备的质量和可靠性越来越高,不仅为变配电所无人值守创造了条件,也为减员增效提供了可靠保障。为便于无人值守变配电站能可靠安全运行,从该油田天然气公司变配电所现状入手,列出了实现无人值守的必要性,提出了运行维护管理的要求和变配电所改造建议,以达到实现无人值守变电所优化管理、减员增效、降低成本的目的。
The various stations of a certain oil field natural gas company are scattered in the eastern,central,southern,and northern regions,with multiple points,long lines,wide coverage,and supporting substations are also scattered.With the development of computer technology,monitoring technology,network technology,and the continuous improvement of power grid automation level,the quality and reliability of many primary equipment are also getting higher and higher,creating conditions for unmanned substations and providing reliable guarantees for reducing personnel and increasing efficiency.In order to facilitate the reliable and safe operation of unmanned substations,starting from the current situation of the substation and distribution station of the oilfield natural gas company,the necessity of achieving unmanned operation is listed,proposed requirements for operation and maintenance management,as well as suggestions for substation renovation,to achieve the goal of optimizing the management of unmanned substations,reducing personnel and increasing efficiency,and reducing costs.
