摘要 瓦斯抽采是防治瓦斯灾害的主要措施,合理的抽采参数可以提高抽采效率,降低瓦斯事故风险。为进一步研究抽采参数对瓦斯抽采效果的影响,结合COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟和现场实验,优化山西省塔山煤矿42201工作面的采空区插管间距和抽采负压2个参数,建立了采空区三维瓦斯分布模型,利用COMSOL数值模拟软件进行计算,并结合现场实验,得到了插管间距和抽采负压对抽采效果的影响规律。结果表明,在50~70 m范围内,负压为12~18 kPa时的抽采效果较理想。 Gas extraction is the main measure to prevent gas disasters.Reasonable extraction parameters can improve extraction efficiency and reduce the risk of gas accidents.In order to further study the influence of extraction parameters on gas extraction efficiency,combined with COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation and on-site experiments,two parameters,namely the spacing of pipe spacing and negative pressure extraction,were optimized for the 42201 working face of Tashan Coal Mine in Shanxi Province.A three-dimensional gas distribution model in goaf was established and calculated using COMSOL numerical simulation software,and combined with on-site experiments,the influence of pipe spacing and negative pressure extraction on the pumping effect was obtained.The results indicate that the pumping effect is ideal within the range of 50~70 m when the negative pressure is 12~18 kPa.
