摘要
为进一步探究煤矿局部通风机流体场气动力的更多细节,以JK25系列局部通风机作为研究对象,在对其叶片部位进行建模的基础上,分析不同转速、不同风压下流体场中气动力的分布规律。分析对比叶片表面气动力分布情况;同时利用通风机流体场流线图分析不同参数下流体场内流体流动的变化规律,以初步分析JK25系列局部通风机需要优化的方向。
In order to further explore more details of the fluid field aerodynamic force of local fan in coal mine,this paper takes JK25 series local fan as the research object,and analyzes the distribution law of aerodynamic force in the fluid field under different speed and different wind pressure based on the modeling of its blade parts.The aerodynamic distribution of blade surface was analyzed and compared.At the same time,the fan fluid field flow diagram is used to analyze the changing law of fluid flow in the fluid field under different parameters,so as to preliminarily analyze the direction of optimization of JK25 series local fan.
