基于简单CPU通信的自动化生产线通信的实现

摘要 自动化生产线由不同加工工艺的单站设备组成,各单站设备通常由PLC控制,按照工艺要求完成对产品的加工。各单站之间通过网络通信连接,共同构成生产线的硬件架构。讨论了基于简单CPU通信协议的自动化生产线通信的实现方法,以典型自动化生产线设备中“1主站PLC+4从站PLC”控制系统的通信为例,重点论述了通信的技术要求、硬件组网、软件设置、通信测试,详细介绍了组网通信的实现过程。 The automatic production line consists of single station equipment with different processing processes,and each single station equipment is usually controlled by PLC to process the products according to the process requirements.Each single station is connected through the network communication,which jointly constitutes the hardware architecture of the production line.This paper discusses the implementation method of communication of automatic production line based on simple CPU communication protocol,takes the communication of the control system of"1 master station PLC+4 slave station PLC"in the typical automatic production line equipment as an example,mainly discusses the technical requirements of communication,hardware networking,software settings and communication test,and introduces the realization process of network communication in detail.
