摘要
针对采煤工作面事故频发的问题进行综合性分析,设计了工作面安全预警框架,结合单项指标预警原理及地质安全、设备安全、人员安全等自身特点,提出了动静态指标融合安全预警模型。经实践验证,代入动态权重函数得出地质安全指标预警U5i的综合预警指数显示为0.799 8,当超出该指数时,系统会发出安全警报,可有效避免煤矿事故的发生。
A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the frequent occurrence of accidents in coal mining faces,and a safety warning framework for working faces was designed.Combining the principle of single indicator warning and the characteristics of geological safety,equipment safety,personnel safety,etc.,a dynamic and static indicator fusion safety warning model was proposed.Through practical verification,the comprehensive warning index of geological safety indicator warning U5i obtained by incorporating dynamic weight function is shown as 0.7998.When the index is exceeded,the system will issue a safety alarm,effectively avoiding the occurrence of coal mine accidents.
