基于LabVIEW的某型导弹尾焰温度测试

摘要 随着武器装备的不断发展进步,在陆军载具生产制造领域中,明确装甲车等陆地载具壳体自身的温度分布特征,可以为优化壳体材料结构和检测设备是否正常运转提供重要参考依据。针对装甲车壳体材质选材的需要,该文采用接触式K型热电偶对某型导弹尾焰热效应温度进行测量,并设计了一套基于LabVIEW的K型热电偶温度特征采集系统,通过事先设置好数据存储路径进行实时存储的方法,解决了异常情况数据丢失的问题。文中提到的温度采集系统具有扩展性强、人机交互界面友好的特点,同时接触式测温极大地提高了温度测试精度。经火箭发射尾焰热效应温度测试验证,该测试系统可靠性高,有效提高了工作效率,可以很好地完成温度采集任务。 With the continuous development and progress of weapons and equipment,in the field of production and manufacturing of military vehicles,it is important to clarify the temperature distribution characteristics of the housing of land vehicles such as armored vehicles,which can provide an important reference basis for optimizing the housing material structure and testing whether the equipment operates normally.In response to the need for material selection of armored vehicle shells,contact type K-type thermocouples are now used to measure the thermal effect temperature of a certain type of missile exhaust flame.A temperature feature acquisition system for K-type thermocouples based on LabVIEW is designed,which solves the problem of data loss in abnormal situations by setting the data storage path in advance and conducting real-time storage.The temperature acquisition system mentioned in the article has the characteristics of strong scalability and friendly human-computer interaction interface,while the contact temperature measurement greatly improves the accuracy of temperature testing.Verified by temperature testing of the thermal effect of rocket launch exhaust,the testing system has high reliability,effectively improves work efficiency,and can effectively complete temperature collection tasks.
