小胃肠间质瘤指肿瘤直径小于2 cm的间质瘤,其发病隐匿,临床症状不典型。小胃肠间质瘤临床检出率呈逐年增高趋势,但对其的诊断及治疗尚存在争议,且国内外尚无统一的指南。小胃肠间质瘤恶性潜能的判定及生物学行为的认识一直是研究的重点。全文对小胃肠间质瘤的生物学行为及临床处理的对策进行分析。

Small gastrointestinal stromal tumor refers to stromal tumor less than 2 cm in diameter,with occult onset and atypical symptoms.The clinical detection rate of small gastrointestinal stromal tumor shows an increasing trend,but there is still a controversy for its diagnosis and treatment and no unified guideline so far.The evaluation of malignant potential and biological behavior of small gastrointestinal stromal tumor has been the focus of basic and clinical studies.This article reviews the recent research progress on the biological behavior and clinical management of small gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
