民族融合背景下的新疆公安政治工作有其独有的特点,开展有针对性的新疆公安政工人才培养体制机制研究有现实意义。本文从民族融合背景下新疆公安政治工作的作用与地位、新时代公安机关政治工作队伍现状、面临的挑战以及新疆公安院校政治工作特色人才培养体制机制建设等方面入手,分析新疆公安院校如何响应民族融合背景下新疆政治工作人才需求,构建符合新疆公安工作实际的新疆政工人才培养体制机制,使新疆公安政治工作在更加规范的道路上更好地传承和发展,实现新疆政治工作科学健康发展,促进新疆公安事业整体工作水平提高。

Under the background of ethnic integration,the political work of Xinjiang's public security has its unique characteristics,and conducting targeted research on the training system and mechanism of Xinjiang's public security political work talents has practical significance.This article starts with the role and status of political work in Xinjiang's public security under the background of ethnic integration,the current situation and challenges faced by the political work team of public security organs in the new era,and the construction of a distinctive talent training system and mechanism for political work in Xinjiang's public security colleges and universities.It analyzes how Xinjiang's public security colleges and universities respond to the demand for political work talents in Xinjiang under the background of ethnic integration,and constructs a Xinjiang political work talent training system and mechanism that is in line with the actual situation of public security work in Xinjiang,To better inherit and develop the political work of Xinjiang's public security on a more standardized path,achieve the scientific and healthy development of Xinjiang's political work,and promote the overall improvement of the level of public security work in Xinjiang.
