辅导员视角下高校劳动教育的问题及对策探究

在高校大学生中开展劳动教育既是对中国传统“勤”的继承与发扬,也是对中国共产党人“劳动最光荣”精神的续。辅导员作为大学生思想观念的引导者,应致力于培养既有过硬的专业素养又有良好思想品质的大学生。本文从高校劳动教育的内涵和历史渊源出发,以高校辅导员劳动教育工作实际为基础,分析当今高校劳动教育的现状以及所面临的问题,针对有效开展劳动教育,提出行之有效的对策和方法,助力高校劳动教育的发展。

Carrying out labor education among college students is not only the inheritance and development of the Chinese traditional"diligence",but also the continuation of the CPC's"most glorious labor"spirit.As guides for the ideological concepts of college students,counselors should be committed to cultivating college students who have both strong professional qualities and good ideological qualities.This article starts from the connotation and historical origins of labor education in universities,based on the actual work of labor education by university counselors,analyzes the current situation and problems faced by labor education in universities,proposes effective strategies and methods for effectively carrying out labor education,and contributes to the development of labor education in universities.
