无相位量测的多环中压配电网线路参数辨识方法

摘要 线路参数准确辨识是配电网精细化调控以及保护整定的重要基础。环状配电网因拓扑结构复杂、潮流方向多变,传统辐射状网络的线路参数辨识方法难以应用。文中提出一种无需相位量测数据的多环中压配电网线路参数辨识方法。针对多环配电网潮流流向不明确的问题,提出了基于功率方向判定与分解的解环方法,并推广至任意环状配电网。根据解环后的网络,分析了在不同时刻下方程间的线性相关性问题,构建了求解线路参数的高维非凸优化模型,进而采用遗传算法实现了线路阻抗和电纳的辨识。最后,在MATLAB中搭建蜂巢配电网模型进行验证,结果表明所提算法相比于传统最小二乘算法、粒子群算法及模拟退火算法具有更高的精度和鲁棒性。 Accurate line parameter identification is an important foundation for refined regulation and protection setting of distribution networks.Due to the complex topology and variable power flow directions,ring distribution networks are difficult to apply the line parameter identification methods for traditional radial network.This paper proposes a line parameter identification method for multi-ring medium-voltage distribution network that does not require phase measurement data.To address the issue of unclear power flow direction in multi-ring distribution networks,a ring opening method based on power direction judgment and decomposition is proposed and extended to any ring distribution network.Based on the ring opening network,the linear correlation problem between equations at different time is analyzed,and a high-dimensional non-convex optimization model for solving line parameters is constructed.Subsequently,the genetic algorithm is used to identify line impedance and admittance.Finally,a honeycomb distribution network model is built in MATLAB for validation,and the results show that the proposed algorithm has higher accuracy and robustness compared with traditional least squares algorithm,particle swarm algorithm,and simulated annealing algorithm.
