本科实习护生未来取向应对与心理压力水平的相关性分析

Analysis of correlation between future-oriented response and psychological stress level of undergraduate nursing students

目的 了解本科实习护生心理压力水平、未来取向应对现状,分析两者之间的相关性,为干预本科实习护生心理压力干预措施提供理论支持。方法 于2022年8—10月采用方便抽样的方法对151名本科实习护生进行问卷调查。问卷包括一般资料问卷、护生实习压力源及压力水平评价量表、未来取向应对量表。采用Person相关分析方法研究心理压力水平与未来取向应对之间的相关性,运用多元线性回归分析探讨本科实习护生心理压力的影响因素。结果 实习护生处于中、重度的心理压力水平,预防应对和预先应对维度均处于中等偏上水平;实习护生心理压力与独生子女、不喜欢护理专业具有相关性;实习护生心理压力各维度与未来取向应对及预先、预防应对维度的具有相关性;是否喜爱护理专业、预先应对是本科实习护生心理压力的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 本科实习护生心理压力过重,护理管理者应关注其心理健康状况,采取提高未来取向应对能力的干预策略,有效缓解心理压力。

Objective To understand the psychological stress level and future orientation of undergraduate nursing students,and analyze the correlation between them,so as to provide theoretical support for intervention measures of psychological stress of undergraduate nursing students.Methods From August 2022 to October 2022,151 undergraduate nursing students were selected by convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey.The questionnaires included general information questionnaire,stressors and stress level scale and future-oriented response scale.Person correlation analysis method was used to study the correlation between psychological stress level and future-oriented coping,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of psychological stress of undergraduate nursing students.Results The undergraduate nursing students were in the medium and severe psychological stress level,and the dimensions of preventive coping and pre-coping were above the medium level.The psychological stress of practice nursing students was correlated with only child and dislike of nursing major.All dimensions of psychological stress of nursing students were correlated with future-oriented response,advance and prevention coping.Liking nursing major and coping in advance were independent influencing factors of psychological stress of undergraduate practice nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusions The psychological pressure of undergraduate nursing students is too heavy.Nursing managers should pay attention to their mental health status,and adopt intervention strategies to improve the coping ability of future orientation,so as to effectively relieve the psychological pressure.
