摘要
对某钢铁厂新建150 MW发电机组,高效经济利旧原3台25 MW发电机组循环冷却水系统进行了探索与实践。针对新建150 MW发电机组无位置可建配套循环冷却水系统,通过对新旧发电机组水量的评估以及系统设备配置的对比,对原冷却系统工艺进行优化,并解决利旧过程中影响安全经济高效运行的问题,使原循环冷却水系统可以满足新建150 MW、25 MW发电机组及电动风机的用水需求。
This article discussed the exploration and practice on efficient and economical utilization of the circulating cooling water system equipped in three original 25MW power generation units in a newly built 150MW power generation unit of a steel plant.Through evaluating the water volume of new and old power generation units and comparing the configuration of system equipment,the process of the original cooling system is optimized to address issues that concern safe,economical and efficient operation during the reuse process.This enables the original circulating cooling water system to meet the requirements of 25MW power generation units,electric fans and new 150MW power generation unit.
