摘要
基于现场实际生产模型,结合工业工程手法,对异形坯生产过程中的脱氧剂进行研究。发现生产过程中降低出钢氧,同时调整脱氧剂结构,能够有效降低脱氧剂成本,实现低成本脱氧的目的。
In this paper,the deoxidizer in the process of beam blank production was studied carefully based on the actual production model and industrial engineering techniques.It is found that reducing the oxygen of steel and adjusting the structure of deoxidizer can effectively reduce the cost of deoxidizer and realize the purpose of low cost deoxidization.
