摘要
盘螺矫直后拉伸试验没有明显屈服,需要使用引伸计检测R_(p0.2)代替R_(eL)。但不同检测条件及操作人员对R_(p0.2)检测结果影响较大。文章通过不同温度的人工时效,给出能够稳定检测屈服强度的方法,可在生产工艺调整过程中给出稳定的检测结果。
Reinforced bar in coil after straightening,the tensile test did not yield obviously.An extensometer is required to detect R_(p0.2)instead of R_(eL).But different testing conditions and personnel have great influence on R_(p0.2)testing results.In this paper,a method for the stable measurement of yield strength is given by artificial aging at different temperatures.The stable test results can be given in the process of production process adjustment.
