摘要
心肺复苏期间及复苏成功后的最佳通气策略目前尚未统一,指南建议也主要是基于观察性研究和专家共识。最新的一些临床试验提供了新的证据支持,但也存在争议性。这篇文章介绍了心肺复苏相关通气策略的最新研究进展,以期为该领域的研究者提供更多的思路。基于目前尚缺乏前瞻性临床研究和高水平临床证据的情况,救援人员应该使用他们最熟练的气道技术。
The optimal ventilation strategy during and after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation is currently not yet unified,and guidelines are mainly based on observational research and expert consensus.The latest clinical trials provide new evidence to support it,but there is also controversy.This article introduces the latest research progress on ventilation strategies related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation,in order to provide more ideas for researchers in this field.Based on the current lack of prospective clinical studies and high-level clinical evidence,rescue personnel should use their most proficient airway techniques.
