全自动除颤仪联合机械按压对心搏骤停患者心跳恢复、血气指标及复苏成功率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究全自动除颤仪联合机械按压对心搏骤停患者心跳恢复、血气指标及复苏成功率的影响。方法收集2020年6月—2021年12月菏泽市立医院心内科收治的100例心搏骤停患者为本次研究对象,依据干预方式不同将其分为对照组与观察组,50例/组。对照组采用机械按压进行干预,观察组采用全自动除颤仪联合机械按压进行干预。采用血气分析仪检测患者动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、酸碱度(pH)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))等血气指标,统计心跳恢复情况、复苏成功率以及发生气胸、胸壁胸内脏器受损和肋骨骨折等不良反应的情况。结果治疗前,两组PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、pH无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者PaO_(2)、pH升高及PaCO_(2)降低显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者总恢复率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组复苏成功率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自动除颤仪联合机械按压可促进心搏骤停患者的心跳恢复,并可在改善患者的血气指标的同时增加复苏成功率。 Objective To explore the effects of a fully automatic defibrillator combined with mechanical compression on heart rate recovery,blood gas indicators,and success rate of resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest.Methods 100 patients with sudden cardiac arrest admitted to the cardiology department of Heze Municipal Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were collected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases per group.The control group received intervention with mechanical compression,while the observation group received intervention with a fully automatic defibrillator combined with mechanical compression.Using a blood gas analyzer to detect blood gas indicators such as arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),pH,and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))in patients,the recovery rate of heartbeat,success rate of resuscitation,and occurrence of adverse reactions such as pneumothorax,damage to chest wall visceral organs,and rib fractures were recorded.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),and pH between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed significant increases in PaO_(2),pH,and decreases in PaCO_(2),with statistical differences(P<0.05).The recovery rate of the control group patients was lower than the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The success rate of re⁃suscitation in the control group was lower than the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of automatic defibrillators and mechanical compressions can promote cardiac recovery in patients with cardiac arrest,and increase the success rate of resuscitation while improving blood gas indicators.
