瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器常见故障及维修两例

摘要 目的通过对瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器日常出现的故障、处理方法及原因的分析,总结相关维修及处理经验,为准确判断故障、缩短患者等待时间以及提高开机率提供依据。方法对医院正在使用的瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器常见的多叶准直器(Multi-Leaf Collimator,MLC)叶片故障以及机架旋转故障进行分析,整理故障原因以及故障的处理方法。结果Trilogy直线加速器MLC故障的频繁出现与科室收纳的病人量,设备开机时长密切相关,而旋转机架故障与设备运转效率相关。这些故障与硬件配置以及操作规范对设备正常运行均有影响。结论瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器结构复杂,零部件的日常保养能减少故障的发生,对一些常见的故障能够及时现场处理,能够有效缩短停机时间,提高开机率。 Objective Through the analysis of daily faults,treatment methods,and causes of Varian Trilogy linear accelerator,summarize relevant maintenance and treatment experience,and provide a basis for accurate diagnosis of faults,shortening patient waiting time,and improving startup rate.Methods The leaf failure and rack rotation failure of Multi-Leaf Collimator(MLC)commonly used in Varian Trilogy linear accelerator in the hospital were analyzed,and the failure causes and treatment methods were sorted out.Results The frequent occurrence of MLC faults in Trilogy linear accelerator was closely related to the number of patients admitted to the de⁃partment and the equipment startup time,while the rotating rack faults were closely related to the operating efficiency of the equipment.These faults,hardware configurations and operation specifications affected the normal running of the device.Conclusion The Varian Trilogy linear accelerator has a complex structure,and daily maintenance of its components can reduce the occurrence of faults.It can promptly handle common faults on site,effectively shorten downtime,and improve startup rates.
