摘要
为了满足眼科对护理人才的需求,提高眼科护理专业人员的自身素养,在眼科护理实习带教过程中,带教老师会采取各种方式提高眼科护理实习学生的专业能力。微课与以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)是目前实习带教应用较多的带教方式,其在眼科护理实习带教中的教学效果也得到了广泛认可。通过将微课和PBL教学法相结合,利用数字化资源和技术手段,提高实习生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力,有利于学生建立良好的临床思维,提高学生的实践操作技能和问题解决能力,提升实习生的综合素养。本次研究将对眼科护理实习带教中微课联合PBL教学法的应用方式及教学效果进行研究,旨在为提升眼科护理实习带教质量提供参考意见。
In order to meet the demand for nursing talents in ophthalmology and improve the quality of eye nursing professionals,teachers will take various ways to improve the professional ability of eye nursing students in the process of ophthalmic nursing practice teaching.Micro course and problem-based learning(PBL)are the most widely used teaching methods in practice teaching at present,and their teaching effects in eye nursing practice teaching have been widely recognized.Through the combination of micro course and PBL teaching method and the use of digital resources and technical means,interns'learning interest and independent learning ability can be improved,which is conducive to the establishment of good clinical thinking of students,the improvement of students'practical operation skills and problem solving ability,and the improvement of interns'comprehensive literacy.This study will study the application mode and teaching effect of medium and micro class combined with PBL teaching program in eye care practice teaching,aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of eye care practice teaching.
