新医科背景下思政元素融入骨外科实践教学的应用探索

摘要 为使骨外科临床实践教学在新医科背景下同课程思政有机地结合在一起,落实高等医学教育“立德树人”的根本任务,本研究从骨外科学临床实践教学中进行“课程思政”的意义、必要性、德育目标、教学设计、教育成效等方面,介绍思想政治教育与骨外科学临床实践协同教学情况,阐述了临床实践教学融入思政元素的内容设计和应用效果。笔者通过良好的教学设计并融入思政元素推动新时代临床实践教学改革,为进一步提升课程教学品质做出探索;通过着力培养学生人文素养,进而加强医德医风、医者仁心教育,显著提升学生的学习积极性,提高学生综合能力、思想政治素质。 In order to combine clinical practice teaching of orthopedics with curriculum ideology and politics organically under the background of new medical science,and to implement the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and educating people"in higher medical education,this study conductes the significance,necessity,moral education goal,teaching design and educational effectiveness of"curriculum ideology and politics"in clinical practice teaching of orthopedics.This paper introduces the collaborative teaching of ideological and political education and clinical practice of orthopedics,and expounds the content design and application effect of integrating ideological and political elements into clinical practice teaching.Through good teaching design and integration of ideological and political elements,the author promotes the reform of clinical practice teaching in the new era to further improve the quality of curriculum teaching.By focusing on cultivating students'humanistic quality,and then strengthening the education of medical ethics and benevolence,students'learning enthusiasm can be significantly enhanced,and students'comprehensive ability and ideological and political quality can be improved.
