通心络胶囊联合替格瑞洛对急性心肌梗死患者心肌微循环及miR-133a、miR-335的影响

Effects of Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor on myocardial microcirculation,miR-133a and miR-335 in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨通心络胶囊联合替格瑞洛治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月我院收治的66例AMI患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组33例。所有患者入院后均给予基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予替格瑞洛治疗,研究组给予通心络胶囊联合替格瑞洛治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血小板聚集率、微循环阻力指数(IMR)低于对照组,冠脉血流储备分数(CFR)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的miR-133a、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平低于对照组,miR-335水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合替格瑞洛能通过调节AMI患者的心肌微循环指标和血清指标来提高临床疗效,有助于促进病情转归,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 66 patients with AMI admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.All patients were given basic treatment after admission,on this basis,the control group was treated with ticagrelor,and the study group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the coronary flow reserve(CFR)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the miR-133a,interleukin-6(IL-6)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the miR-335 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with ticagrelor can improve the clinical efficacy by regulating the myocardial microcirculation indexes and serum indexes of AMI patients,which is helpful to promote the prognosis,and the treatment safety is high.
