Objective To investigate the effect of pressure ulcer early warning intervention combined with gel position pad on preventing acute pressure injury during long-term surgery and its influence on position stability. Methods A total of 46 patients who needed surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 23 cases in each group. The control group was adopted routine surgery room nursing, and the observation group was adopted with pressure ulcer early warning intervention combined with gel position pad nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of acute pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of stable intraoperative position without displacement and surgical field exposure score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pressure ulcer early warning intervention combined with gel position pad can reduce the incidence of acute pressure injury during long-term surgery, improve the position stability and comfort, and reduce the risk of pressure ulcer, which is worthy of promotion.
