疼痛护理管理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of pain nursing management in patients with traumatic fractures

目的探讨疼痛护理管理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于本院接受治疗的60例创伤性骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予疼痛护理管理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分低于对照组,日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的关节疼痛、关节功能、关节活动度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的皮质醇(Cor)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理管理应用于创伤性骨折患者中,可明显提高疼痛控制效果,缓解负性情绪,降低应激反应,并可有效提升患者的日常生活活动能力,促进术后康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing management in patients with traumatic fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with traumatic fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain nursing management on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of joint pain,joint function and joint mobility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE)and adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing management applied in patients with traumatic fractures can significantly improve the effect of pain control,relieve negative emotions,reduce stress response,effectively improve the activity of daily living of patients,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
