多网融合背景下的上海市域铁路网络层面互联互通规划研究

摘要 市域铁路作为服务市域、面向都市圈的大运量快速轨道交通,与国铁、都市圈城际制式统一,具备互联互通的先天优势,在多网融合背景下,需要加强网络层面互联互通的规划研究。首先,重点研究互联互通的内涵、功能定位和分类形式,并梳理典型案例,总结互联互通的主要特征;其次,从城市空间结构、节点网络功能等角度出发,根据客流需求、实施条件等提出互联互通的分类原则及方法;最后,结合上海市域铁路网络,提出基于规划导向的网络层面互联互通节点分类,并结合具体案例,在充分考虑各节点的客流需求、运输组织、实施条件等因素后,得出面向实施的网络层面互联互通节点分类。 As a large volume fast rail transit serving the city and the metropolitan area,which are unified with national railways and intercity systems in urban areas,suburban railways have the inherent advantages of interconnectivity.In the context of multi network integration,it is necessary to strengthen planning and research on network level interconnectivity.Firstly,the connotation,functional positioning,and classification forms of interconnectivity are focused on,and the main characteristics of interconnectivity are summarized based on typical cases studies.Secondly,from the perspective of urban spatial structure,node network function,etc.,combined with passenger flow demand,implementation conditions,etc.,the classification principles and methods for interconnectivity are proposed.Finally,based on the Shanghai suburban railway network,a planning oriented network level interconnection node classification is proposed.This classification takes into consideration of factors such as passenger demand,transportation organization,and implementation conditions of each node.It provides a practical classification of interconnected nodes at the network level,supported by specific case studies.
