基于改进VIKOR法的公交场站综合开发适宜性评价

摘要 为推进公共交通用地综合开发,助力公交企业摆脱资金紧张、经营困难等困境,促进公交行业健康可持续发展,创新提出基于改进VIKOR法的公交场站综合开发适宜性评价方法。首先,通过分析公交场站综合开发的影响因素,从区位条件、交通情况、开发潜力3个方面选取指标,构建公交场站综合开发适宜性评价的指标体系;其次,提出一种基于层次分析法-熵权法的改进VIKOR法的多属性决策评价方法,建立公交场站综合开发适宜性评价模型;最后,以天津市津城为例,将现状公交场站代入评价模型,得出所有公交场站综合开发适宜性的排序,并通过分析排名靠前的公交场站属性,验证了该方法的可靠性和合理性。 In order to promote the comprehensive development of public transport land,assist public transport enterprises in overcoming financial constraints and operational difficulties,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the public transport industry,an innovative evaluation method for the suitability of comprehensive development of public transport stations based on the improved VIKOR method has been proposed.Firstly,by analyzing the influencing factors of comprehensive development of public transport stations,indicators are selected from three aspects:location conditions,traffic conditions,and development potential,and an indicator system for evaluating the suitability of comprehensive development of public transport stations is structured.Secondly,a multi-attribute decision-making evaluation method based on improved VIKOR method of AHP and entropy method is proposed to establish a comprehensive development suitability evaluation model for public transport stations.Finally,taking Jincheng of Tianjin as an example,the current public transport stations were substituted into the evaluation model to obtain a ranking of the comprehensive development suitability of all public transport stations,and the feasibility and rationality of this method were verified by analyzing the attributes of the top ranked public transport stations.
