赛创融合“三化四阶五维”递进式工业互联网应用专业群人才培养改革探讨——以成都工贸职业技术学院为例

摘要 职业教育在区域产业数字化转型升级过程中发挥着极为重要的作用。针对专业建设服务能力不能满足区域产业数字化转型升级需求等问题,以工业互联网应用专业群为例,在发挥工业互联网应用专业传统优势的同时,开拓创新、大胆尝试,专业教学团队与区域企业双向融合,以实现专业建设紧扣区域产业升级需求、服务产业发展为目标,提出了依托校企合作项目的开展和实施,引产入教,营造新型教学环境,培育双师型师资团队,践行“赛创融合”一体化课程教学改革。 Vocational education plays an extremely important role in the digital transformation and upgrading of regional industries.In response to issues such as the inability of professional construction service capabilities to meet the needs of regional industrial digital transformation and upgrading,taking the industrial internet application professional group as an example,while leveraging the traditional advantages of industrial internet application majors,we are exploring innovation and boldly trying to integrate professional teaching teams with regional enterprises in both directions,with the goal of achieving professional construction that closely meets the needs of regional industrial upgrading and serves the development of the industry,It is proposed to rely on the development and implementation of school enterprise cooperation projects to introduce production and education,create a new teaching environment,cultivate a dual teacher team,and practice the integrated curriculum teaching reform of“competition innovation integration”.
