Corrosion and On-Line Repair Measures of LNG Pipeline Cold Insulation System

液化天然气(LNG)接收站是液化天然气产、运、储、销产业链不可或缺的重要基础设施,由于其特殊功能,其选址位于沿海附近,这导致接收站站内设备设施常年累月经受海洋大气腐蚀。基于国内已建LNG接收站遇到的LNG管道保冷系统腐蚀问题,分析了保冷系统发生腐蚀的主要原因,并提出LNG管道保冷系统不停输在线修复措施,实现LNG管道保冷系统高效运行,为液化天然气接收站低温运行设备设施保冷系统的腐蚀防护提供借鉴。

Liquefied natural gas(LNG)terminal is an indispensable and important infrastructure in production,transportation,storage and marketing of the LNG industrial chain.Due to its special function,the LNG terminal is located near the coast,which leads to the corrosion of equipment and facilities in the terminal caused by the marine atmosphere all year round.The reason for LNG pipeline cold reserving system corrosion was analyzed,based on the corrosion problems of LNG pipeline cold reserving system encountered in the existing LNG recetving station in domestic,and the repairing method of LNG pipeline cold reserving system without stopping the gas transport was proposed,to ensure the efficient operation of LNG pipeline cold reserving system,which could provide reference for the corrosion protection for cold reserving system of equipment and facilities in low-temperature operation of LNG terminals.
