基于中国期刊全文数据库的叙事医学文献计量学可视化分析

Bibliometric visual analysis of narrative medicine literature based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure

目的对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中收录的中文叙事医学相关文献进行文献计量学可视化分析,探讨叙事医学的研究热点和应用路径,为相关研究提供一定参考。方法以CNKI作为检索数据库,检索日期为2021年9月5日,以检索主题“叙事医学”检索2001年1月至2021年12月中文文献,并经人工筛选无重复期刊文献789篇作为文献合集分析样本,运用CNKI计量工具对文献合集发表量趋势、被引频次、基金项目进行统计学分析,利用CiteSpace v5.8.R1软件分析文献关键词。结果789篇文献中,叙事医学文献量从2011年的3篇增加到2021年的194篇,发文量呈逐年上升趋势;发表文章数量≥10的期刊共8本,共发表305篇文献,占文献总量的38.66%;文献共被引频数为3988次;获得基金支持的文章(139篇)占总文献合集数量的17.62%;关键词共394个,经人工筛选获得有效关键词390个。结论叙事医学的研究时间跨度大,研究范围广,在不同的时间段都能出现与叙事医学相关的具有时代特色的研究方向。

Objective To conduct bibliometric visual analysis of Chinese literature related to narrative medicine included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and explore the research hotspots and application paths of narrative medicine,and provide some reference for re-lated research.Methods The CNKI database was used as the search database,the search date was September 5,2021,the Chinese literature was searched with the search theme of"narrative medicine"from January 2001 to December 2021,and 789 non-duplicated journals a were manually screened as a sample of literature collection analysis,and the CNKI measurement tools were used to statistically analyse the trend of the publication volume of the literature collection,the frequency of citations and fund projects of the literature collection,and CiteSpace v5.8.R1 software was used to analyze the keywords of the literature.Results Among the 789 literatures,the number of narrative medicine literature increases from 3 in 2011 to 194 in 2021,the number of published articles showed an increasing trend year by year;there were 8 journals with≥10 published articles,and a to-tal of 305 articles were published,accounting for 38.66%of the total articles;the total citation frequency was 3988 times;the number of articles supported by the fund accounted for 17.62%of the total literature collection;there were a total of 394 keywords,and 390 effective keywords were obtained by manual screening.Conclusion The research of narrative medicine has a large time span and a wide range of research,in different time periods,narrative medicine can be related to the research direction with the characteristics of the times.
