小儿清热止咳口服液联合布地奈德对支原体肺炎小儿炎症因子及肺功能的影响

Effects of Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral liquid combined with budesonide on inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in children with mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探究小儿清热止咳口服液联合布地奈德对支原体肺炎小儿炎症因子及肺功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月成都市第六人民医院收治的108例小儿支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,每组54例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用小儿清热止咳口服液治疗。比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标、血清炎症因子、免疫功能指标变化及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)均大于治疗前,FEV1/FVC均高于治疗前,且观察组FEV1、FVC均大于对照组,FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgM、IgA、IgE水平均低于治疗前,对照组IgG水平高于治疗前,且观察组IgG、IgM、IgA、IgE均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组不良反应发生率为7.41%,略低于对照组的9.26%,但两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论小儿清热止咳口服液联合布地奈德治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,能有效提升患儿肺功能,改善血清炎症因子与免疫功能指标,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral liquid combined with budesonide on inflammatory factors and pulmo-nary function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 108 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in Chengdu Sixth People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the reseach subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 54 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group received budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the observa-tion group received Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral liquidon the basis of control group.The pulmonary function indexes,serum inflammatory factors,im-mune function indexes,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)of the two groups were larger than those before treatment,FEV1/FVC were higher than that before treatment,and FEV1,FVC in the observation group was larger than those in the control group,FEV1/FVC was higher than that in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgM,IgA and IgE of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,IgG levels in the control group was higher than that before treatment,and levels of IgG,IgM,IgA and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.41%,slightly lower than 9.26%in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral liquid combined with budesonide has significant therapeu-tic effect on pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,improve serum inflammatory factors and immune function indicators,and with high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
