替硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of tinidazole suppository combined with conjugated estrogens cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的探究替硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月靖江市妇幼保健院收治的80例老年性阴道炎作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组进行替硝唑栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加结合雌激素软膏治疗,比较两组临床症状体征、不良反应、生命质量及复发率。结果治疗后,观察组阴道壁红肿充血、白带异常、阴道痛痒、阴道灼热发生率均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为20.00%,对照组为10.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组物质生活状态、躯体、社会及心理功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疾病复发率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著,可明显缓解临床症状,改善患者生命质量,明显降低疾病复发率,且不良反应少,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tinidazole suppository combined with conjugated estrogens cream in the treatment of se-nile vaginitis.Methods 80 cases of senile vaginitis treated in Jingjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tinidazole suppository,and the observation group was treated with conjugated estrogens cream on the basis of the con-trol group.The clinical symptoms and signs,adverse reactions,quality of life and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the incidence of vaginal wall redness and congestion,multiple leukorrhea,vaginal itching,vaginal burning and other symptoms in the ob-servation group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the incidence of each indicator in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 20.00%in the observation group and 10.00%in the control group,there was no statistical significance in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of material life status,body,social and psychological function of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinidazole supposition combined with conjugat-ed estrogens cream is effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis,which can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of pa-tients,significantly reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,and have less adverse reactions,so it has high clinical application value.
