复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗眼压控制后青光眼患者的效果

Effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule adjuvant therapy on patients with glaucoma after intraocular pressure control

目的探究复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗眼压控制后青光眼患者的效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年3月于辽宁省健康产业集团核工业总医院就诊的61例青光眼患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=31,38眼)与对照组(n=30,37眼)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗,比较两组治疗前后眼压、视力和视野变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗15 d后,两组视力均大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后组内及组间眼压比较差异无统计学意义。治疗15 d后,两组视野光敏度、视野缺损度均大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论复方血栓通胶囊辅助治疗眼压控制后青光眼患者可有效改善其视力和视野,且用药安全较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule adjuvant therapy on patients with glaucoma after intraocular pressure control.Methods 61 patients with glaucoma who came to General Hospital of Nuclear Industry,Liaoning Health Industry Group for treat-ment between August 2019 and March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=31,38 eyes)and the control group(n=30,37 eyes)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given compound Xueshuantong capsule adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group,the changes in intraocular pressure,visual acuity and visual field before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 d of treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups was greater than that before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups be-fore and after treatment.After 15 d of treatment,the visual field photosensitivity and visual field defect were greater than those before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the visual acuity and visual field of patients with glaucoma after intraocular pressure control,has high medication safety,which was worthly of clinical promotion and application.
