摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)护理在胆道闭锁患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2010年3月至2021年3月于深圳市儿童医院普外科行腹腔镜葛西手术的60例的胆道闭锁患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予ERAS护理。比较两组临床指标、家长护理满意度、护理依从性、疾病相关健康知识知晓率。结果干预组肛门排气排便时间、进食时间、切口拆线时间、住院时间均短于对照组,住院总费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患儿家长护理满意度、护理依从性、疾病相关健康知识知晓率评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ERAS在胆道闭锁患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果确切,可有效促进患儿术后康复,缩短住院时间,节省住院费用,提升患儿家长护理满意度、护理依从性、疾病相关健康知识知晓率,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in perioperative nursing of children with biliary atresia.Methods 60 children with biliary atresia undergoing laparoscopic gexi operation in the department of General Surgery of Shenzhen Children's Hos-pital from March 2010 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the intervention group and the control group ac-cording to the random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was giv-en ERAS nursing,the clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and awareness rate of disease-related health knowledge of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust and defecation time,eating time,suture removal time and hospitalization time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,the total hospitalization expenses in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and awareness rate of disease-related health knowledge of parents in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS has definite effect in perioperative nursing of children with biliary atresia,which can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation of children,shorten hospitalization time,save hospitalization costs,and improve nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and disease-related health knowledge awareness rate of parents of children with biliary atresia,and is worthly of promotion and applica-tion in clinical nursing work.
