Production of Glutathione and Its Application in Aquaculture

谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)是一种含有巯基的天然小分子活性肽,广泛地存在于动物、植物及微生物中,是生物体内重要的抗氧化剂、免疫增强剂和解毒剂。近些年研究发现,GSH能够促进水产养殖动物的生长,改善抗氧化能力及免疫能力,并具有较强的解毒作用。文章简述了GSH的生产及在水产养殖中的应用原理和效果,为GSH在水产养殖中的开发应用提供参考。

Glutathione(GSH)is a kind of natural small molecule active peptide containing a thiol group,widely existing in animals,plants and microorganisms.It is an important antioxidant,immune enhancer and detoxifier in vivo.Recent studies have found that GSH can promote the growth performance,improve antioxidant capacity,immune abilities of aquaculture animals and strong detoxification effects.The pro-duction of GSH,its application principle and effect in aquaculture were reviewed in this paper.The aim is to provide reference for the development and application of GSH in aquaculture.
