原花青素对泥鳅生长、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of Proanthocyanidins on Growth,Immune Function and Antioxidant Capacity of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus

摘要 研究旨在探究原花青素(Oligomeric proanthocyanidins,OPC)对泥鳅生长、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响。在基础饲料中分别添加0、100、200、400 mg/kg和800 mg/kg OPC[分别记为对照(CON)、OPC100、OPC200、OPC400、OPC800组],饲喂300尾初始体重为(2.13±0.01)g的泥鳅。进行8周的饲养试验后,测定泥鳅的生长性能、血清免疫指标及肝脏、肠道中抗氧化酶活性。结果表明:随着OPC添加量的增加,泥鳅的特定生长率(SGR)、终末体质量(FBW)、增重率(WG)和蛋白质效率(PER)显著升高(P<0.05),饲料系数(FCR)显著下降;OPC400组泥鳅肥满度显著下降(P<0.05),OPC200、400组的泥鳅肝体比显著降低(P<0.05);OPC400、800组的泥鳅血清中的谷草转氨酶(AST)显著降低(P<0.05);OPC200、400、800组泥鳅血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)显著降低(P<0.05),显著提高血清中补体4(C4)和溶菌酶(LYS)水平(P<0.05),且各组补体3(C3)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);OPC400、800组的肝脏中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活性显著升高(P<0.05);OPC200、400、800组的肠道中CAT、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、GST、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及肝脏中SOD和谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且各组肠道中GSH活性均显著提升(P<0.05),而所有组肝脏和肠道的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05);综上,饲料中添加200~400 mg/kg OPC能够增强泥鳅生长、改善免疫能力和提高抗氧化能力。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Oligomeric proanthocyanidins(OPC)on the growth,immunity and antioxidant capacity of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.300 Misgurnus an-guillicaudatus with an initial body weight of(2.13±0.01)g were fed the basal diet supple-mented with 0,100,200,400,800 mg/kg OPC,respectively.After feeding for eight weeks,the growth performance,serum immune index and an-tioxidant enzyme activity in the liver of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were determined.The results showed as follows:with the increase of OPC addition,the specific growth rate(SGR),final body weight(FBW),weight gain(WG),protein efficiency rate(PER)and feed efficiency rate(FER)were significantly higher(P<0.05)and the feed factor(FCR)was significantly lower(P<0.05).The condition factor of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus in OPC 200 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the liver ratio of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus in OPC 200,400 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum AST of Mis-gurnus anguillicaudatus in OPC 400,800 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the serum ALT levels in the OPC200,400,800 groups of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were significantly decreased(P<0.05),in addition,serum C4 and LYS levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),and C3 content of each group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The CAT,GSH-Px and GST in liver of OPC 400,800 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activities of CAT,GSH-Px,GST and SOD in intes-tinal tract and SOD and GSH in liver of OPC 200,400,800 groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).GSH activity was significantly increased in all groups(P<0.05),but MDA ac-tivity in liver and intestine was significantly decreased in all groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 200-400 mg/kg OPC to the feed can enhance the growth,improve the immune capacity and improve the antioxidant capacity of the Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.
