1800吨级运梁车总体方案设计及关键技术

摘要 1800吨级运梁车用于某工程高架桥部分50 m/1800 t预制箱梁的运输,同时配合架桥机架梁。文中采用4台单车同步配合跨左右双幅箱梁运梁,运梁车通过数据通信线、钢桁架以及液压闭式系统并联技术将4台单车结合成一个整体,解决了多车组同步困难、不准确率高的难题;设计了一种轮组均衡自动升降系统,解决了大横坡超高段运梁两题受扭的难题;提出了一种运梁车运行路径规划方法及自动驾驶运行控制方法,解决了运梁车行驶过程中跑偏的问题。其研究成果在杭甬复线宁波段一期工程投入使用。截止到2022年8月底,累计运输箱梁330余片,实现驮运过现浇3次。 The 1800 t beam transporting truck is used to transport the 50 m/1800t precast box girder of the viaduct of a project,and meanwhile,it is used to erect beams with the bridge erecting machine.In this paper,the author uses four bicycles to transport the beam synchronously across the left and right double-width box beams,and the beam transporting truck combines the four bicycles into a whole through data communication lines,steel trusses and hydraulic close system parallel technology,which solves problems such as difficult synchronization and high inaccuracy of multi-vehicle groups.A balanced automatic lifting system for wheelsets is put forward,which solves the problem of torsion of transporting beams in ultra-high section of large cross slope.A path planning method and an automatic driving operation control method of beam transporting truck are proposed,which solve the deviation of beam transporting truck during driving.Its research results have been put into the first phase project of Ningbo section of Hangzhou-Ningbo double-track railway.By the end of August,2022,more than 330 pieces of box girders had been transported,and the box girders had been carried on the back for three times.
