基于三维视觉重建的散料体积高精度测量方法

摘要 文中分析了带式输送机物料体积测量方法的异同,针对传统表面剖分体积测量法存在精度的不足,主动式激光测量法又存在维护成本高且推广难的缺点,利用双目视觉技术获得物料的图像,结合Census变换进行立体匹配获得带式输送机空载与满载场景下的三维坐标信息,将三维坐标信息可视化后得到2者三维重建后的点云模型,基于点云模型提出了一种基于像素坐标的物料体积计算精度提高方法,优化和推导了物料体积的计算公式。试验结果表明,改进后的物料体积计算精度达到了95%以上,具有一定的实用价值。 In this paper,the author analyzed the similarities and differences of material volume measurement methods of belt conveyor.As for the traditional surface subdivision volume measurement method,there are shortcomings such as high precision,high maintenance cost and difficult popularization.Binocular vision technology was used to obtain the image of materials,and Census transformation was combined to carry out stereo matching,so as to obtain the three-dimensional coordinate information of belt conveyor under no-load and full-load scenes.After visualizing the three-dimensional coordinate information,the author obtained the point cloud model after three-dimensional reconstruction.Based on the point cloud model,a method to improve the calculation accuracy of material volume based on pixel coordinates was proposed,and the calculation formula of material volume was optimized and deduced.The experimental results show that the improved calculation accuracy of material volume has reached more than 95%,which has certain practical value.
