光伏节能系统在岸边集装箱起重机中的应用

摘要 文中结合岸边集装箱起重机设备的工作特点,利用分布式光伏发电技术,在岸边集装箱起重机机器房顶部建设分布式光伏储能发电系统。系统采用自发自用、余电并网的智慧节能模式,并充分利用物联网、大数据等前沿技术,不仅实现单机岸边集装箱起重机能源消耗的监控管理,更实现单机设备与港口监控平台的大数据互通互联,实时监测及高效管理,从而提升港口能源管控智慧化水平,稳步推动低碳港区、低碳港口的建设。 In this paper,the author combines the working characteristics of quayside container crane equipment,and builds a distributed photovoltaic energy storage power generation system on the top of quayside container crane machine room through distributed photovoltaic power generation technology.The system adopts the smart energy-saving mode of power generation for self-use and connecting surplus electricity to the grid,and makes full use of cutting-edge technologies such as Internet of Things and big data,which not only realizes the monitoring and management of energy consumption of single-machine quayside container cranes,but also realizes the big data interconnection between single-machine equipment and port monitoring platform,which can be monitored in real time and managed efficiently,thus improving the intelligent level of port energy management and control,and steadily promoting the construction of low-carbon port areas and ports.
